The house offers accomodation for up to 7 people and is suitable for groups and families. However, it can also be a hideaway for couples.
The house is close to the lake "Alte Donau" that offers a cooling swim in summer. There are lots of other possibilities for sport (riding bikes, jogging,...).

The city center can be reached by underground within 20 minutes.
Beside the bedrooms and amenities, the house has an open kitchen, a living room and a dinning area. There is a terrace that serves as a dinning area outside in summer.
Guests have access to the entire house and garden.

For families travelling with small or young children:-
There are child safety locks on the cupboards in the kitchen. At the bottom and top of the stairs there are safety gates.
A travel cot/bed can be provided, please enquire when you are making your booking.
